Name: Esther
Gender: Female

Interests:

Computers
» Collecting anime, anime OSTs, manga, and anime wallpapers
» Reading anything from reviews to ebooks
» Online quizzes (I daresay I have more than 300 results in my blog alone!)

Books
» Historical Romance (I am ashamed to admit, but only because I don't have a preference for any other genre when it comes to easy reads)
» Classical Literature
» Historical Fiction
» Philosophy, and especially works of Existentialism.

Music
» Instrumental, eg. works by Kajiura Yuki
» Classical - Debussy, Satie, Ravel, Bizet, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev's ballet music, Schubert, Bach and some Mozart
» Japanese

For my stories, I generally prefer character development over story, past over present, and insight over fluff. A well written book with no plot but sufficient character development will always gain my attention, whereas a badly written book will always earn their place in the figurative bin, epic or not.
